I would like to be able to use saved games (i know how to do that) in a practice session. But i don't see how this is possible??

You can use pre-dealt hands at practice tables, namely partnership bidding and teaching tables. You cannot use them at club tables.

I made a small presentation that shows you how to set up a table on BBO. It also demonstrates how to make hands of different types and then import them into BBO and practice bidding and play on a teaching table. Here is the link. It's my first effort.
