I am not computer savvy and am new to this website. When I am in a game, I receive pop-ups with a person's name(who I don't know), their city, skill level and compatability. Why is this happening and how do I get rid of it and/or stop it from happening?
In my settings under NOtifications, Notify Me When a Team Match Needs Players is turned off.

Hi. You are probably viewing the profile of your partner and opponents. If you click on a username plate, you will get a pop-up with more information about each player.

Don't click on the names. The profile appears only when you click on someone's name-plate.
