No Response to Director Call

I was playing one of the $1.75 ACBL pairs tournaments(#8227) and made a director call about the 3rd trick in on hand 12. No response. I called again near the end of the hand, and I did get the pop-up saying a director was at the table, but I never heard anything from the director. Right now, I'm really p***ed off about this. Am I expecting too much?

BBO staff addressed the issue very promptly after I reported it and resolved it satisfactorily. Thank you Trisha and Shelagh! :)
