Error message lying "Duplicate comment detected"

I tried to leave a messge under the announcement about Marc Smith's Prime Bidders debrief.
My message read "will it be recorded for sleeping members?"

I posted the reply and this message appeared:

First of all, why the cheery exclamation mark!!!
Second, I've read Jose Saramago's book "The Double". I bought it in London (UK), read half and left it on the plane. Then I had to buy another copy from Amazon to finish it. I accidentally bought two.
It was a great book. Duplication is important. I'm on the alert for it. I didn't.
