Hi all

In the previous versions of BBO , I was able to block chat from disagreeable players through the ignore list, but I have noticed that the chat keeps coming from them.

Is there a way I can toggle that?

This evening I had the displeasure of sending at least 4 abuse reports to BBO concerning a player. It would be much simpler to just block chat from him, and I would not even know harassment existed. It is not a joke, the harassment is horrendous,

Years ago there was a player who harassed many and would get multiple aliases and computers to go on, but, as many user names as he acquired, that is as many I could block.

My suggestion is that this feature be brought back.

This feature hasn't changed, the chat is still supposed to be blocked. Can you send me a PM with the username and time that it happened, I can check our logs.
