1. make it bigger 2. When making insufficient bids invisible don't shift sufficient bids to the left.

I have never understood why the bidding box does not look like a bidding box (the standard swedish 1960's 7x5 colourful matrix).
Insufficient bids should not be shown or be gray but there is no reason to modify all the rest
