Trying to set up forum similar to "Partnership Desk". If you are looking for partners with specific skills you could post your notes here and hopefully get response.
I play using Modified Losing Trick Count and find almost impossible to get a partner on BBO. Started https://www.bridgeba...ng-trick-count/ discussion but as you can imagine not many joined.

You can use Mail facility on BBO to send E-mails to members you would like to get in touch with

Skill: Modified Losing Trick Count with all 2/1 extras (Texas, Transfers. 2D open - Mini Roman or Flannery. New Minor Forcing, Inverted Minor. Splinters. 1430. Smolen."Hello"/Cappelletti against 1NT. Unusual 2NT. Unusual over Unusual. Signals: Upside Down discard odd/even

These are conventions, not skills. They seem pretty standard except for modified losing trick count. Perhaps instead of making that a deal breaker, you could play with someone who is happy with the rest of the list and suggest MLTC later.

But anyway with lockdown in place, maybe you can get some of your real-life friends/partners to play.
