Was just mucking about with a deck of cards and this hand came up, it's the first time I've seen this type of thing outside of a puzzle.
When you ruff the heart, if east overruffs, when he cashes the ♠A you unblock the K and play the 6 under the 7 and now he has to give you 2 diamond tricks in exchange for the one you gave up.
