Tournament Not on line

Why is it that when I accept an invitation to play in a tournament when time comes to play it says I am not on line? When I am on line waiting to play the tournament?

You are almost certainly on the Casual server (playing at a table or kibitzing) rather than the Home server where the tournaments are run. The Home server cannot see people on the Casual server and thinks you are offline.

I suspect it has only happened since 11 May and you never had a problem before this.
