Setting up table Can’t add a person

So I understand now when you log into BBO and you are waiting to be invited to a table you know have to click casual to go to the next server. All my table did this tonight, but the fourth player just could not be seen, and when invited it said she was offline, although I know she wasn’t. Any advice please. Or is there any other way she can find me?

You also have to be using the latest version of BBO. If your 4th was on an older version she wasn't seeing the new server.

So it should be version 5.6 on either web browser or the mobile apps.
