I sent an email to Accounting about this but have yet to receive a response.

My partner and I were registered for the second session of the Open Pairs during the Saturday sessions of the regional. Just before the session started, my partner disconnected. When she returned, we had already lost our registration for the event. I messaged the tournament director about this, and they commented that I would be refunded the entry fee for that session--I had paid for both me and my partner. I was curious what the turnaround time is for this refund. Thanks!
