BBO appeared to accept my transfer of money to my partner. But it doesn’t show up in our accounts. I’ve written accounting but they are unresponsive. How long does it take to appear? I don’t know if my transfer went through!

Your transfers were not accepted.
On Saturday it failed because you had punctuation characters in the message to send to your partner. The error message was "Invalid characters in message. Keep it simple, please".
On Sunday it failed because we only allow transfers from users who have at least 1000 logins, and you're only halfway there. You got the message "Not authorized to transfer BB$. Please contact accounting@bridgebase.com".
You don't need to transfer money if you want to pay for your partner's entry. When you invite them you can check "I will pay for both myself and my partner".

Good news, we've reduced the requirement to 200 logins.
