Hi!
When I am playing (Windows 10, Edge, Playing solitaire, free game) I keep getting these messages:
"Are you sure you want to leave?
You might lose any changes youve made on this page."
With a "leave" or "stay" button.
When I click "leave", the browser opens a page that seems to be a phishing message. Is this a BBO problem or my problem?
Thanks for the help!

I want my opponents to leave my table with a smile on their face and without matchpoints on their score card - in that order.

The only reason God did not put "Thou shalt mind thine own business" in the Ten Commandments was that He thought that it was too obvious to need stating. - Kenberg

Don't use the browser's <-- button when you want to change pages in the BBO application. Use the blue "Back" button in the application.
The phishing page sounds like your problem, check your computer for malware.
