With all the activity here on BBO and the internet connectivity issues my tcr rate has plummeted recently to below 90%. Thru no fault of my own, is there any consideration being given so myrate goes back to above 90% so I may play in the tournies I usually play in

It doesn't matter whether it's your fault or not, it still delays the tournament and inconveniences the TD, requiring them to find a substitute.

Low TCR is not a value judgement, it just means you're more likely to leave tourneys in the future.
