What can be done to save a table when the host is either unable or refuses to bid? Can the table direct another player to become the Host?

It seems from recent discussion that the table cannot decide this.
If however the host does quit then another player ends up as host, willing or not.
Not sure if tables should be saved, but unresponsive hosts certainly not (and maybe they should have consequences too).

You can ask a Yellow to boot an unresponsive table host.

Really? That's it? There has to be a better way than sitting there being held hostage.

Having the other players vote to boot the host has been a common request, but it's never been done. So that's it.
Or just leave and start your own table. So what if you don't get to finish this board?
