Reduction in UI Can the timing of display be changed?

Could the timing of the display be changed so that each player only saw the most recent calls/plays of the other 3 players after RHO has made his/her call/play? In many -- but not all -- instances, this would reduce (eliminate?) the UI conveyed by hesitation, because player would not necessarily know who hesitated.

Aside from the technical issues, are there other potential drawbacks to this fix?

The main issue is that it would slow down the game and that is not what most BBO users want to do. At many tables taking any length of time thinking about a decision is likely to be noted.

Serious games are also slow enough as it is and this would definitely add time, because you do not get the thinking time you normally have when the opponents are thinking because you have no more information until it all arrives at once.
