how can i get a 5th person assigned to kibitz/watch our table??

You cannot invite kibitzers to your table. A table host can permit or disallow kibitzers using Table options. The easiest way to invite a kibitzer is to send them a Chat message asking them to Join you. They will be able to bring up your profile by clicking on your name in the chat message and there is a Join button at the top right.
