to share the chat and type directly in Useful and make the tourney easy for TDs

I got a brilliant idea to share the chat into 2 sections ( dialog windows ). The 1st ( lower ) to use as it is now. The 2nd - activated only for TDs and opened by them - when they rule the tourney to spoke to each other with other TDs in one tourney. I saw that option in the "Chat room". I think that this is possible to be done easy. ;)
