If you mean the login handle with which you get recognised on BBO, I believe it is impossible to change it.

You can change the capitalization and still have a valid userid

you can write to bob and get the username changed? It will be useful if you have BBO master points

Otherwise you can create new id

May I know why you want to change the user name?

You can't change your username, you have to create a new account.

If you have masterpoints or BB$, Customer Support can transfer them.

Looking to see if I can change my user name. member for about 5 years. will this create problems with historic info in the BBO file for me? If a change can be done what are the steps?

I noticed most people don't use their real name on their log in handle. But, on second thought, I guess I don't care. I'll just keep what I already have. Thanks, though, for your answer.

On the login page click the "Become a member" button.

I want to know why Bridgebaseonline does not recognise my husband's User ID and therefore receives no invitations from me when I set up a table.

Make sure he hasn't accidentally marked you as "Ignore". Also, he has to be on the casual server to receive your invitation.

What does this have to do with changing user name?

At the old fashioned diner, the food's good, and the coffee's hot.

bob is a misspelling and miscapitalization of BBO, aka BridgeBaseOnline.
