Connection to BBO impossible at times.

Hello,

Too frequently I cannot link to BBO on line. My username is: guyloup and my password is <scratched out> [OP: Change your password ASAP].
I am on BBO since 2005 and this is the first time that I have this problem.

I understand that the site is slowed down because way too many people are playing on it, but even when there are only à few players, like in the morning in Europe ( 12 to 15,000 players) the system does not work.

It is not a problem with my WIFI connection ( speed is up to par : Mbps up and down between 20,000 and 30,000 ) nor my computer since both my windows 10 and my ipad cannot connect.

I have friends that play with me. They can connect without any problem, even using my pseudo and password.

Do you have a solution for this problem?

P.S. Same thing with your forum. The connection is Sloooooooooooow.

The problem is probably with Belgacom's connection to the US, which is where all our servers are. Are your friends on the same ISP?
