Several times in the last week we have duly registered to play in "Support Your Club" games, only to be on-line and signed in, wait the countdown to 1 minute, then to soon....then....NOTHING. The game proceeds, we are not included, no acknowledgement as to what happened. Anyone else our there with this problem? Any ideas as to what is happening?

If you can provide a specific time and your partner's username when this happened we can investigate. WIthout details, we're looking for a needle in a haystack.

Great....happened again today, Easter Sunday. 5:10 pm support your club game.
my user name is hdonaldson, my wife's is donaldsonm. Game #7795.Hope this helps....now four times in the last week....

Also happened on the tenth (Friday)...not sure which of the three times, but I think afternoon..(5:10)

At 4:54 you were logged out because you were idle too long. You didn't login again before the game started.

You should have gotten an "Are you still there" prompt sometime earlier, and when you're logged out you go back to the login screen.
