I'm a new on-line player, as I understand it, along with many others. So I'm sympathetic to your trying to accommodate all of us at one time. But I think you have a problem on your end and I can't reach anyone at bridgebase.com to address the situation. We have two computers that drop out of your program continuously, and one that works all the time. The two that drop out get messages like "check your internet connection," or the screen freezes in the middle of playing a hand. If we switch to Wikipedia, it comes right up, meaning to me that it is not a question of internet. Plus we never have any other problems using these computers, except on BBO. Can you help us?
