change partners changing partners at a casual table

I can set up a casual table with 4 friends. After playing 8 hands we would like to change partners between ourselves. How can we do that?

The table host should enable the option "Permission required to play". Then the players can leave their seats without worrying that randoms will fill them, and then they can take different seats.
