Automatic Boot Ejected after n seconds of thinking time

I have just joined BBO (consequence of covid 19). A couple of times now, playing with the usual crew from the pub, I have been ejected for taking too long to play /bid. I would like to know:
1 How long is the timeout
2. Can it be stopped or extended
3. Could there at the very least be a warning.

The table host should put

+slow+

in the table description.

If you set the "Permission required to play" table option, then unknown players can not jump in and (slower) players will not replaced by robots.
