If you have 100+ logins on BBO then you are able to host a team match. You cannot run more than one team match concurrently and BBO will not increase this limit at this time.

I suspect what has happened is that you have double clicked the Create team match button and inadvertently tried to start two matches, hence the error message.

If you are getting messages with people wanting to join your team match, this means that you have created a team match without entering the players' usernames. In essence, you have created a team match with two empty tables. Everyone looking at team matches on BBO will see this empty match and presume that you are looking for players, so they try and jump into a seat and this creates the invitation request you are seeing.

Rather than try and explain how to resolve this, it's quicker to watch my video at https://youtu.be/RJ9SsLN68aA. You will see me create a match without players and then see me panic as I try to cancel the match with seating requests pouring in.

Once you have cancelled the inadvertent match you will be able to start the proper one.

It is all a matter of taking care when creating the match and checking that it is the right number of boards, the players' usernames are all entered, before pressing the Create button.

Hope this helps,

Paul
