ceate tournaments how to get permission to create tournaments

hi,
due to the corona quarantaine the club drives are canceled.
I sent a mail to the support for permission to organize clubtournaments on bbo.
No answer from bbo (rt.bridgebase.com #784549).
Can anybody help me?
i already requested the members to registrate on bbo and i have a list of the usernames (over the 50)

BBO is experiencing a severe demand surge right now.

They aren't granting TD director rights to new applications.
Some existing permissions are being clawed back

Hi,

I should want to create tournaments for my club and I've already asked this by mail witch was registered with #785715.

No answer !

Is it impossible to do that ?

Read the thread higher up. BBO are over-stretched at the moment so replies from them may take longer than usual.
