Private Bridge Club duplicates via BBO How can BBO help set up a private Club duplicate?

I have heard that some Bridge clubs in the UK have managed to organise the equivalent of a private club duplicate on BOO, with BBO TD. Could you explain how to do this as we would be interested in replicating for our club, Manchester Bridge Club in the UK.
We were hoping that the subscriptions for the tournament could be shared appropriately between BBO, the Club and the EBU - to the benefit of all.
Of course, our members would have to join BBO - which is an additional benefit to BBO.
