Can not play card bug in BBO

Bidding was finished and play started.
I saw undo request by dummy and allowed it. About at the sametime dummy left the table.
Declarer played a card from dummy, I followed and declarer could also play a card. Then my partner could not select a card.
He left the table and came back. Then he could play again. But on the next trick I could not select a card and I had to leave the table and come back.
