hand how to display

what is the correct manner to display a hand when posting a qustion?

Use the hand diagram tool. If on a PC, it appears in the full post editor's toolbar as a spade symbol, and is very self-explanatory to use (except I keep getting mixed up between Rewind, which deletes everything, and Previous which deletes only the most recent bid).

Once you click "insert diagram" a code will be inserted into your post, where you can then cut and paste it wherever you like in the post.

Once you have clicked "Insert diagram" (remember to do so before closing the tool B-) ) you should use the "Preview" button to see how it looks before actually posting. If you look at the code you will spot easily how it works. You can make small changes (such as an explanation of a bid) within the code itself without reopening the diagram. The last two numbers in the code determine the size of the window and the defaults are rather small, so it's customary to increase them a little while retaining proportion (so change say 133|100 to 180|120). But don't exaggerate as this looks awful and creates viewing problems on some devices.
