Assume the auction starts
1-1red (NAT or BAL; transfer)
1M (11-13 BAL w/o 4M or 11-15 UNBAL 53M) (or some similar T-walsh scheme, i.e. not one where the rebid promises 3M).

Any suggestions on how to play the single raise to 2M?

I play it as showing 6 cards, and the hcp range is 9-12 as a direct 1 2M is 6 card up to 8hcp, and a 13+ hand will be bidding game. As 9-12 is a 4 point range, opener can bid anything (eg feature or 3M) to invite the top 2pointer to bid game.
Works for me, as other sequences show 5 cards.
