The auction doesn't show on the link but W started with a doubl, than cued 2c after e's 1H bid, and W later bid 2h and 3h

GIB will happily double when it considers itself too strong to overcall, but simply has never been programmed to handle continuations.

You are being very tough on GIB. Sure 2♥ and 3♥ descriptions show 4 hearts, but ♥10 is a pretty strong singleton honor. As for not bidding either of West's 5 card suits, it's not really that big a deal. Sometimes GIB doesn't bid 8 card suits. This is just another minor SNAFU.
