So I resist the urge to open my 3064 hand with 1N, instead deciding to bid it out like a normal human being: 1D-1S-2C-2N-3S.
What does GIB do? Bid 3N. With fives spades. In fact, with 5-5. And a double fit (5-5 in the black suits).
