Weird explanation of bid

If you have 4+, 4+, and 4+, then how can you have more than one , never mind 3? :)

(This was a Solitaire "Just Play Bridge" hand.)

The correct explanation would be: "4+; 4+; 3-; 4+; 14-18 total points cards". ;)

GIB has exactly what its description says. 3 or less is just carried over from the 1 description.
