I´m based in Sweden and menu is in swedish.

We, four of us,are "starting a table. Everything is OK to get everyone connected and a place at the table. BUT we cannot find any way to get voice connection between us. (According to help instructions we should get a selection box when everyone is connected, but no box)

There's a problem with the voice server lately.

Unfortunately, this is low priority compared to all the capacity problems we're trying to deal with, so we haven't been able to investigate. Sorry.

One thing. I believe only the teaching tables have the voice option anyway? At least this is my finding. The thing about a teaching table is that you aren't scored - so you really can't see if your contract/play is good.
Also - if the idea is just to be able to talk, start at hangouts (google) phone conference on the side and then start a table.
This is what we do when we play - much more stable anyway.

It's a pity because voice would be great in the club tables that are now common given the Covid situation.
It could be enabled only before the first call to a hand and would still have a huge social benefit.
A suggestion not a complaint, I realise that BBO have other priorities right now and are doing an excellent job to cope.

Appreciate all the capacity issues and realize Voice is not a high priority at this time.

Here's some anecdotal evidence that may (or may not) help when techs get time to diagnosing voice problems...
(At a Teaching table today, all on BBO V3 of course) seems to be browser related:

Firefox, (v 71 through 74) Windows 7 or 10 -- voice does NOT work! Apparently, (some?) FF users can speak, and users on other browsers can listen/hear them; but Firefox users cannot listen/hear.

Chrome browser -- Windows 7 and 10 -- Voice seems to work OK both for listening and speaking.

Scattered reports of Firefox working as recently as last Friday. Also scattered reports that voice on FF worked on Windows XP recently, but zero FF users had voice working today (at a teaching table with several dozen users).

At first I thought it was a Mozilla/Firefox issue with their latest update (V 74.0), but it appears that older FF versions also have the problem now, regardless of windows OS version..

At least one report that voice using Opera browser worked as recently as last Friday, but does not work now.
