GIB passes twice with 10-card suit

GIB sitting North with a 10-card suit won't come in at the 2-level, and then won't compete at the 3-level when
opps have shown a spade fit.

There's an old bridge saying that goes: eight ever, nine never. As an extension of this, 10 never ever. 10 card suits are overrated. B-)
