1.) 3NT description is terrible. It's the correct bid, but the description should be '13-18 HCP, 4, 2-3, 2-4, 2-4'. GIB should usually pass. This should also be the exact same over 1-1, 2-3NT.

2.) 4 bid should promise 4+, as in it is unbalanced. It is forced to bid because it thinks I have 19-21 HCP!!!

3.) After my 4 cuebid, it should just bid 4 to deny a Heart stopper. The fact that it goes on skips the last making contract!
