List of interesting tables

When I login to kibitz I see a slightly list of interesting tables that differs from the list I see when I kibitz anonymously. Can some one explain why?

Tables containing your friends are considered interesting, and tables containing players you're blocking are filtered out. None of this can happen when you kibitz anonymously.
