I guess since I've shown 15+ and the robot is showing 10+ I'm supposed to work out that 3D is forcing? Maybe the explanation could be cleaned up.

Cleaned up your diagram posting.
It is stuck on its first turn (not playing the dbl = deny spades but have values treatment), but surely it can come up with something better than 3d there. 3d should show longer diamonds, with actual hand I think a conservative 3c is enough, if it wants strong raise should bid 3s.

3d can't show much, given he wasn't able to bid 2d or 3d the previous round. But I agree that 3c is enough here.
