locked out of BBO multiple user names

Have a friend that tried to change his user name and has been locked out of signing in on BBO
He has tried to use the email mail service without any response.
He desperately needs to talk to anyone who can walk him through the steps to correct the problem.
He lives in New Jersey. His telephone # is XXX-XXX-XXXX
