log in error message

I can't sign in to BBO all of a sudden. I get a "fatal error message #2036 saying
critical file not found "BBO Wizard".
I tried downloading the program again but it didn't resolve the issue.
Any ideas?

Our records show that you logged in successfully the day after this post. Did the problem go away?

BBO is a web site, you don't need to download anything.
