Using web BBO..
I wonder why sometimes some player card pops up repeatedly...

Could you clarify what you mean? Do you mean the card they're playing from their hand, or do you mean their profile?

In Options, you can choose to show (or not show) a player profile just on mouseover.
Try turning it off if it bothers you. I find it convenient.
