Two Tournament Feature Requests

Two requests:
1. Reporting ACBL (and other, I suppose) tournament results, list the ranks of the top 10 -- that is, have a column for rank in A, rank in B, rank in C, so that we know that a 'C' pair was 5th overall, for instance.

2. Include in the BINGO results how long each person took to get to BINGO.
