a few posts ago we had discussed GUB didn't bid weak 2 since had KQxxxx and did not have T/9 in addition. (context may have been different). Here is the weak latest weak 2.

The other one was at unfavorable vul where it wanted the extra 9. White this looks like a normal 2s opener to me.

obviously it is taking vulnerability into account if it is opening 2S on the other hand white but not red.
White, it seems to want a suit headed by at least:QJ9/KJ9/KQ/AJ/AT9
Red, it looks like it wants:QJT/KJT/KQ9/AJ9/AQ
