teams ..kibs disallowed an anomaly?

Hi ..
,,when 'kibbers disallowed' in a team game, players at the table that finishes first are unable to watch the remaining boards at the other table.
I suggest that team-members should not be regarded as random kibbers and should be allowed to join . (no idea why 'no kibbers' set in the first place :) )
