pop-up tab issue

I have this issue; all the pop-up screens not showing(as in image) have to open it in new tab
I'm on windows 10, chrome Version 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)
any help? Thanks in advance

Can you open the Javascript Console, then click on something that should pop up one of these windows (such as something from the News Feed), and see if it causes an error message to be reported when you do it?

I got it I opened the secure link of the BBO while the content is not
