Forced bidding in predealt hands No meaning without forced bidding

Hi there, I sometimes run tournaments using predealt hands for educational purposes. For example, last time I ran a tournament with a set of 8 boards to be played in 3NT, with various issues required to make the hand.
But the majority of the players bid and either didn't reach the 3NT contract, or they even bid higher.

Wouldn't it be nice if I could make the bidding 'sticky' as the hands ?

I agree, it would be a very nice feature for thematic tournaments, or teaching ones.
