Sending Chat Multiple lines simultaneously

Hi, as a director I'd like to send chat to my tournament, often a number of lines are related to each other and the character count often exceed 245. Currently I copy and paste each line individually, which can become time consuming. I know multiple chat lines can be sent at the same time, I see the vacb director does so at the start of the tournament. Likely built into the tournament creation software.

Is there any way I could do the same?
