Can I still download the Windows version?

The computer which I’ve been using to play on BBO for almost 10 years just died, so I’m on a new computer. I REALLY loved the Windows version of BBO, and absolutely hate the web version. Is the Windows version still available for download, and if so, can you please give me the link?
