I think this is meant to be in the GIB forum. If I am understanding the diagram, GIB North opened as dealer with a balanced 9hcp. That should probably have led seamlessly to 6 but if the OP got a bad result you can understand them feeling miffed about it.

I checked ilovepkp's history in robot tourneys, and could not find this hand. We also can't reproduce this bidding with our robot debugging tools.

I think he made it up.
