The auction goes 1♣-1♠-2♣-P-P-2♥-P and GIB (just play bridge robot) bids 2♠ holding T9 T942 QJ975 K4

Is this connected to my previous example where GIB took a preference to spades holding a singleton when it had four card support for opener's second suit?
